As a former medical writer based in Hong Kong, I was immersed in the world of diseases and short-term reliefs. I learnt about countless drugs and their mechanisms to momentarily resolve symptoms, however, no path to optimum health and prevention.
While researching how to restore health at a desk, I was plagued with allergic rhinitis, indigestion, back pain and the occasional flu, nothing too serious really, but it soon dawned on me that my own body was not exactly at its ideal state.
Shortly realising this, I set off on a personal corrective journey to discover that the answers were present in nature all along. Applying cold showers to boost the immune system, eating tons of fruits & vegetable for gut health and regular exercise to resolve muscle imbalances.
Now, I am here to share my recipes for health.
